By virtue of holding an account with ChivaNet Internet Services, you agree not to do bad things on this server, including attempting to "hack" any of our services, run spambots, install rootkits, distribute malware, author viruses, distribute illegal materials, send spam e-mails, or do any of the following:

• Illegal things
• Shady things
• Things that aren't nice
• Rude things
• Mean things
• Whiny things
• Greedy things
• Things that are disruptive to any of our services or users
• Things that are offensive to our systems administrators
• Be younger than thirteen (13) years of age
• Things that make you seem younger than thirteen years of age

You may not use this system to distribute pirated materials, nor use it to back up large amounts of your own personal data.

You also agree that you may be kicked off of this service at any time, for any reason, without any explanation from our system administrators.

UPLOADING ANY DATA OR FILES TO OUR SERVERS IS DONE AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND NEITHER CHIVANET INTERNET SERVICES NOR COHERENT LOGIC DEVELOPMENT LLC PROVIDE ANY GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO THE PRESERVATION OF ANY DATA YOU UPLOAD TO OR GENERATE DURING USAGE OF OUR SERVERS.
